Peter Williams Runs for MLA

On Halloween day, while most of us were trick or treating with our family and enjoying too much candy, Peter Williams ran three continuous marathons to raise money for MLA Partner Schools.

Competing in the Javelina Jundred 100-mile Endurance Run in Fountain Hills, Arizona, Peter ended his race after 21 hours and 8 minutes, having completed a remarkable 77.5 miles.  Put another way, if Peter had run that distance from MLA’s downtown Los Angeles office, he would have finished in the suburbs of Santa Barbara.

Peter successfully raised several thousand dollars from dozens of family and friends to support MLA’s cause.  To read more about Peter and stories from his amazing races, visit his blog site at http://pdubtraining.blogspot.com.
